I simply adore vintage style clothes for my dolls. I just love the classic style. This Santa dress is no exception. Made from a pattern styled from 1955, this adorable Christmas dress is made from Santa print red fabric. It has a white Peter Pan Collar with a green holly button. It has an attached red tulle petticoat to help the full skirt stand out. It closes in the back with velcro and has a big white sash. The ears are made from the same Santa print fabric. They are trimmed with white tiny pompom trim. The bow is silver sequins with Mrs. Claus in the center and the headband is covered to match the bow.
This outfit is 100% handmade by me in my smoke free/pet friendly studio. It is made to fit 18 inch dolls like American Girl, Our Generation, My Life As and Disney ILY. It is modeled by a custom American Girl doll.
