I am a huge Disney fan! I love finding ways to bring Disney into my creations. I found this red polka dot fabric and it just screamed Minnie Mouse to me! So I made this vintage style dress with a white scalloped collar and short puffy sleeves. It closes in the back with hook and loop tape. The outfit wouldn't be complete without the ears! The ears are black and the bow matches the dress.
